Description

The Wattle skirt pattern features a unique crossover closure at the side seam, hidden closure at the left pocket, and sits on the natural waist. With three skirt options, two waistband choices, and multiple lengths, it includes View A’s bias cut midi length, View B’s pleated above-the-knee, View C’s gathered below-the-knee, and View D’s bias cut above-the-knee skirt.

Recommended fabric

Light to medium weight fabrics such as denim, twill, poplin, broadcloth, linen, linen blends, suiting, gabardine, pique, and wool blends will give a more structured garment, while lighter weight fabrics such as cottons, viscose, silks, etc. will result in a drapier, flowy garment.
